## Usage Meter

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2F6E0c2PZFP2ZM9Hbw9PT3%2FUsage.png?alt=media&amp;token=6c08d46d-d376-4bfd-a40e-62994873f419" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**You can now see exactly where you stand:** how many turns you've used this period and how many remain. It sits quietly in your profile whenever you want to check, with no nagging and no countdown hanging over your conversations. It's there for reassurance, not pressure.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-09-04" tags="feature" %}

## Credit Top Ups

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FdijgY7Cy3Fa1T4K0laWU%2FCredits.png?alt=media&amp;token=d501a46e-1246-42d3-9456-ab25904e2a4a" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

If you're on Premium or Ultra and you reach your monthly turns, **you can now add a bundle of extra turns and carry on talking**, rather than waiting for the month to reset. Top-ups are a one-off purchase, offered gently when you're near your limit, never a hard stop. Whatever you buy is yours to use, and crisis support is always available regardless of your balance.

## Refreshed Help Centre

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FdiY3E6Ckq06g1FzeDdld%2FComing%20Soon!.png?alt=media&amp;token=e2186cd5-e5d1-4f0d-a388-7fc6bb639405" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**The Help Centre has had a thorough tidy:** clearer guidance on getting started, signing in, and staying safe, plus a new [Tips on using Solomon](https://talktosolomon.gitbook.io/solomon/getting-started/tips-on-using-solomon) page to help you settle in when you first sit down with Sol.

* Sign-in is explained properly: continue with Google or Apple, or use an email and password
* New pages on [managing your subscription](https://talktosolomon.gitbook.io/solomon/support/managing-your-subscription) and [top-ups](https://talktosolomon.gitbook.io/solomon/support/top-ups)
* Pricing brought up to date

## **Now available for services**

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FxPKxpc4joaf9SISjrsgU%2FServices%20News.png?alt=media&amp;token=1f7b3d3a-61fa-41ba-97e2-df1846dd632b" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Solomon is now ready for services and commissioners.** Sol was built to sit alongside existing support, as an early engagement layer for people not yet ready for formal treatment, and a steadying hand for those in sustained recovery. If you commission alcohol or recovery services, you can read how Sol fits your pathway on our [commissioners page](https://talktosolomon.app/for-commissioners).&#x20;
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-07-24" tags="news" %}

## **Solomon is a now a LERO**&#x20;

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FHQoDRZXGFKhwuA5qL7N8%2FPeople%20Behind.png?alt=media&amp;token=d4544abb-f255-42cf-bd3e-acfe78a1d0c4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Solomon is now a Lived Experience Recovery Organisation,** independent, peer-led, and built by people who have been through addiction and come out the other side. It's founded and led by someone in long-term recovery, and shaped alongside the recovery community rather than designed for it from a distance. You can read what that means, and the standards we hold ourselves to, on our [LERO status page](https://talktosolomon.app/lero-status).&#x20;
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-07-12" tags="feature" %}

## **Better Support**

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FWPzSjEJQMvXERSCDlr0V%2FSupport%20Tickets.png?alt=media&amp;token=5f589f86-f3a8-40a9-b976-37709a1f9cd3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

If you can't find the answer you're looking for in the Help Centre, **you can now send us a message directly.** Head to the Contact Support page, fill in the short form, and it goes straight to the team, who'll get back to you personally. No ticket numbers, no runaround, just a direct line to a person.&#x20;
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-07-02" tags="feature" %}

## Guided Activities

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FLTty8DsFQ19YclszDnUM%2FActivities.png?alt=media&amp;token=7c8ef876-1587-45bf-9581-4367d17f57e8" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Sol can now guide you through short, structured reflective exercises** when you want a bit more shape than an open conversation. Each one is a focused piece of work you can do together, at your own pace, and keep afterwards. They're there when you want them, and easy to ignore when you don't.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-06-30" tags="feature" %}

## Introducing Spaces

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FewIarnFj12VCwXYQ95bv%2FPrivacy.png?alt=media&amp;token=8c6cbee2-091b-4010-867a-608c1cf5e73c" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Keep different parts of your recovery in their own place.** Spaces let you group related conversations with Sol, so the thread you keep about difficult evenings stays separate from the one about rebuilding your social life, or whatever divisions make sense to you. Everything stays in one app, just better organised.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-06-26" tags="feature" %}

## Home-Screen App

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FKPg29C0SNh4wBvWNXdD4%2FPhenomenal.png?alt=media&amp;token=1118726a-0e6f-4073-b5e3-528a43596fd1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Solomon installs to your phone like any other app, straight from the browser, with no app store needed.** Add it to your home screen and Sol is one tap away, which makes him easier to reach in the moments that matter. It works on both iPhone and Android.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-06-18" tags="feature" %}

## App Themes

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FjAjy0N7lYVbaWUIBeeie%2FMedical.png?alt=media&amp;token=8fdeeefb-7e77-4f98-a785-e72540630cd6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Solomon now comes in four visual themes,** so the app can feel the way you want it to. Purely a matter of taste, nothing changes in how Sol works, but a space you talk to about difficult things may as well be one that feels right to sit in. Pick the one you like best from your settings.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-06-06" tags="feature" %}

## Bookmarks

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FG7wEaXkU3wOhzE4Vqaq4%2FMemory.png?alt=media&amp;token=d759c316-f9b6-4f11-a542-9c59cf2366af" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**You can now save the moments that matter,** at whatever level is useful. Mark a whole conversation as a favourite, bookmark a single message from Sol that lands just right, or save a specific section within a chat. Everything you keep gathers in one place, so the words that helped are never more than a tap away when you need them again.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-06-04" tags="feature" %}

## Journal

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FrdWPoj9fO9J0pQY7tgGA%2FWhat%20Can%20Sol%20Do_.png?alt=media&amp;token=934dae72-7a21-442b-af5b-bd37d876d336" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Solomon now has a private journal,** a space that's just yours, separate from your conversations with Sol. Use it to note how a day went, work through a thought, or track how things are shifting over time. You choose whether to share an entry with Sol, so he can reflect on it with you, or keep it entirely private for your eyes only. It's there when you want to write for yourself.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-05-30" tags="feature" %}

## Manage your Account

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FNrJ06zoNEekXEESItWl0%2FGetting%20Started.png?alt=media&amp;token=499e80a9-5375-45f7-bc12-1ecc27917d53" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Everything to do with your account now lives in one place, under Profile.** Update your details, check your plan, manage your subscription, and handle your data and privacy settings, all from a single, clear screen. The things you occasionally need are easy to find when you need them.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-05-28" tags="feature" %}

## Export Chat to PDF

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FPp5jJWmP2KDWwaIGVpn9%2FUsing%20Solomon.png?alt=media&amp;token=de3f1f99-2ec8-4421-ae53-932b371a7fa6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**You can now save any conversation as a clean, readable PDF.** Keep it for yourself, print it, or share it with someone you trust, a sponsor, a counsellor, a friend. Your conversations are yours, and now they're easy to take with you wherever you need them.
{% endupdate %}

{% update date="2026-09-11" tags="feature" %}

## Rename Conversations

<figure><img src="https://691840781-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FJ4BqOduCxWz4YdyglFWC%2Fuploads%2FN9RfXfWjCtWA0SdB1D1M%2FRename.png?alt=media&amp;token=cd1bfc6f-270c-4f1d-b6da-602783705c46" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Conversations can now be given their own names, so they're easy to find later.** Instead of scrolling through a list trying to remember which was which, you can call one "the difficult weekend" and another "why I started," and go straight back to the thread you're after.
{% endupdate %}
{% endupdates %}
