# Journal

The Journal is a private writing space - separate from your conversations with Sol. Use it to reflect, plan, record milestones, or write whatever you need to write.

## Who can see your Journal <a href="#h_b21346783a" id="h_b21346783a"></a>

Only you. Journal entries are not shared with Sol, and they're not read by the Solomon team.

## Accessing the Journal <a href="#h_09c77dfd7e" id="h_09c77dfd7e"></a>

Open the Journal from the navigation bar. You can create entries, search past entries, and pin important ones.

## Journal requires an account <a href="#h_62da1b665d" id="h_62da1b665d"></a>

Journal entries are saved to your account. Anonymous users can't access the Journal.
