# Users outside the EU/UK

Solomon is operated from within the EU and built around GDPR compliance. If you are outside the EU or UK, this page explains what applies to you.

Solomon applies the same data principles to all users regardless of where in the world they are: we collect only what is necessary; we do not sell personal data; we do not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

## Users in the United States <a href="#h_811cc089fe" id="h_811cc089fe"></a>

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Solomon does not sell personal data.
