# GDPR & your rights

Solomon is operated by Phenomenal Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland - and therefore in the European Union. We are required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

## Your rights under GDPR <a href="#h_gdpr_rights" id="h_gdpr_rights"></a>

**Right of access** - you can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

**Right to rectification** - if any personal data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.

**Right to erasure** - you can ask us to delete your personal data.

**Right to data portability** - you can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.

**Right to object** - you can object to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on legitimate interests.

## Right to complain <a href="#h_gdpr_complain" id="h_gdpr_complain"></a>

In Poland, the supervisory authority is the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO) - uodo.gov.pl. In the UK, it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) - ico.org.uk.
