# Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your data at any time. It's your right and we'll act on it promptly.

## What deletion covers <a href="#h_657e59db74" id="h_657e59db74"></a>

A full deletion request results in: removal of your account and login credentials; deletion of your memory summary; deletion of stored conversation data; deletion of Journal entries; deletion of bookmarks; deletion of all other personal data associated with your account.

## How to request deletion <a href="#h_f60b2d3ccb" id="h_f60b2d3ccb"></a>

Email support with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
