# What Sol remembers

Sol's memory is not a transcript. It is not a log of everything you've ever said. It's a considered picture - the kind of summary a thoughtful person might keep after a series of meaningful conversations.

* Your name and how you prefer to be addressed
* Where you are in your recovery journey
* Things you've shared about your life and circumstances
* Patterns Sol has noticed - in your drinking, mood, triggers, strengths
* Things you've found helpful or difficult in previous conversations
* Commitments or intentions you've expressed
* What matters to you - your reasons for change

* A word-for-word record of your conversations
* Information you shared anonymously before creating an account
