Talk to a trusted adult - a parent, teacher, school counsellor, or another adult you trust.

Your GP - GPs see young people for concerns about alcohol.

**Childline:** 0800 1111 - free, confidential, available 24 hours for anyone under 19.

**Frank:** 0300 123 6600 - free, confidential advice on drugs and alcohol.
