Alcohol and mental health rarely sit apart from each other. Many people who drink heavily are also dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other conditions. Sol understands this. He doesn't treat your drinking as something separate from how you're feeling.

Sol is well-suited to the emotional complexity that often accompanies recovery. He can listen to what you're carrying; help you explore the connections between mood and drinking; and stay with you through difficult periods.

Sol is not mental health treatment. He cannot provide therapy, manage a clinical condition, or replace professional mental health support.
