# Who is Solomon for?

Solomon is designed for adults who want to change their relationship with alcohol and want support in doing that.

## Solomon works well for <a href="#h_wsf_works" id="h_wsf_works"></a>

**People at the start** - you don't need to have made any decision to begin.

**People with ambivalence** - wanting change and not being sure you're ready can coexist. Sol works with that, not against it.

**People alongside professional treatment** - Solomon works well as a companion alongside therapy or structured programmes.

## Solomon is not designed for <a href="#h_wsf_not" id="h_wsf_not"></a>

**People in acute medical crisis** - if you are experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms, call 999.

**People who need medically supervised detox** - Solomon can be a companion alongside that process, not a replacement for it.

**People under 18** - Solomon is for adults only.
